Package Details

Route: Budhanilkantha – Nagi Gompa – Shivapuri Peak – Baghdwar Day Hike Plan Morning Drive from Kathmandu to Budhanilkantha Temple (about 30 minutes). Register and enter Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park gate. Hiking Route Budhanilkantha Gate → Forest Trail Hike to Nagi Gompa monastery (about 1.5–2 hrs). Continue uphill through pine and rhododendron forest. Reach Shivapuri Peak (2732 m) – great view of the Langtang and Ganesh Himal range. Optional Visit Walk 30–40 minutes to Baghdwar, the sacred source of the Bagmati River. Return Trek back to Budhanilkantha (3–4 hrs downhill). Drive back to Kathmandu. ⏱ Total hiking time: about 6–7 hours round trip.
