A stunning 16-day trek through the beautiful Langtang Valley and sacred Gosaikunda Lake — combining Himalayan peaks, deep valleys, monasteries, alpine lakes, and local Tamang culture.
The Langtang Valley and Gosaikunda Lake Trek is one of Nepal’s most rewarding and spiritually rich trekking experiences. This 16-day adventure leads you deep into the heart of the Himalayas, where you'll discover the untouched beauty of the Langtang National Park, the remote Tamang and Sherpa villages, glaciers, and the sacred alpine lake of Gosaikunda.
The journey begins in Kathmandu and drives north to Syabrubesi, the gateway to Langtang. From there, the trail ascends through beautiful forests and traditional villages to reach Kyanjin Gompa, a serene Buddhist monastery village nestled at 3,870 meters. Hike to Tserko Ri (4,984m) and Kyanjin Ri (4,773m) for jaw-dropping panoramic views of Langtang Lirung and surrounding peaks.
After descending back, the route turns toward Gosaikunda Lake (4,380m) — a sacred Hindu pilgrimage site surrounded by dramatic alpine scenery.
